What can SimplyCount do?

Take this survey + find out

Take this short survey and see the many features + question formats you can choose from when you create your survey with SimplyCount.

Let's begin with a feature you may not have even considered - "explanatory matter" (you are reading explanatory matter right now!). You may find it beneficial to include some explanatory matter in your survey, e.g., clear instructions before a series of questions (like the following).

In the next dozen or so questions, please select a response that best matches your opinion. Feel free to go back and change your answer if you like. (Note: allowing, or not allowing, your respondent to go back to a prior page is another design option feature of the survey engine used by SimplyCount).

Is this the first time you have taken a SimplyCount survey?
  Yes
  No

Multiple choice questions are pretty much a standard in surveys and of course, Simplycount offers them - here's an example.

When developing your survey, would you rather ...
Write your own survey questions from scratch
Tap into survey questions that others in your industry may have used
Include a combination of unique questions you have written and questions others have written
Have your survey developed just for you, with unique questions, by someone outside your business
  Use someone else's survey entirely

SimplyCount can go a step further with multiple choice. You can add a specifed "Other" - that's where, if "Other" is selected, the respondent can enter some text to specify what that "other" choice is. Here's the same above question with "Other" added.

Ranking from a list of items is a great way to understand relative importance respondents place on a set of gvien choices.

From the list below, rank each item in its order of priority to you. Choose 1 for most important, 2 for next most important, ... , 8 for least important.
   Survey Colors and Font Choice

Hard Copy Invitations to Respond to Survey
   Live Results
Survey Security (e.g., protection against double-entries, password privacy, etc.)

   Professional Quality of Final Report

You may want to ask question(s) that beg further details if the respondent answers a particular way. "Branching", available with SimplyCount, is one way you can do this.

In this next question, if you choose "Beef", you will be taken to a "beef question". If you choose something else, the "beef question" will be bypassed altogether.
