Point of Sale (POS) Surveys are those surveys you see on your table at restaurants, at the cashier in any number of establishments, and on your customer receipts.  POS surveys are great for capturing customer satisfaction sentiment (and comments), but really they can be used for whatever strikes your mind.

* With "scheduled reporting" clients can access same-store comparative information i.e. see responses over time (great for goal tracking).
