Key-Person interviews - also known as Executive Interviews - are a useful means to find out in detail what your client - often the key decision maker - is saying and thinking, when you are not in the room. They are a great tool for professional relationship evaluations and perfect for those situations where a traditional survey is beneath proper decorum.

 

What we do:

Our methodology is simple.  We set up an appointment (by phone or in person) and engage your target (e.g., your client) in dialog specifically about you and/or your product/service.  We ask the questions to which you want answers - and report back what is said.  By engaging in conversation, we strive to get the client to give detailed responses that answer your questions and go beyond.

 

Why can't you do this yourself?  Why does this work better?

By authorizing a third-party (SimplyCount trained personnel), to interview your client on your behalf, we can ask questions and get answers you can not. Sometimes a long-time valued client is reserved in speaking frankly.  This program tactfully gets at truth.  Finally, by inquiring about the client's perceptions of you, it demonstrates to your target (client) that you care about them.
