While surveys can inquire about customer perceptions, they can not capture the true nature of the customer experience.  Actual experience with an unbiased set of eyes blessed with the talent of communicating that experience can. This is where a mystery shopper can do some real good.  We call our program "ShopperX4U".

What we do:

We provide clients with one or more trained mystery shoppers who follow a mutually agreed upon protocol in their interaction with your service or product.  They participate, use or otherwise interact with your product/service as requested and report back their observations, perceptions and findings in a written essay format specifically addressing issues of client interest.  In some cases, the interaction may be recorded and the client given the opportunity to get "live" feedback.
