What is the difference between the FREE Surveys and the Advanced Surveys?
The FREE Survey choice is a great option for simple surveys. They'll give you output with generic/basic results reports. You can get more features and a more detailed report including cross-tab statistics and survey/report personalization with the Advanced Survey option. See the comparison chart for a full list of features for each product.
I don't see how to access the FREE Survey module. How can I access it?
To access the FREE Survey Module, first register with SimplyCount.com (click the "add a new account" link under the login panel). Once registered and logged in, a new link will be added to your drop-down menu (under the FREE Surveys menu button). This new link will take you to the FREE Surveys Module. Note: You will still need to request FREE Survey credentials to login to the FREE Surveys module - this is an added security measure to help better protect our clients.
I'm interested in checking out the FREE Survey but don't wish to register. How can I investigate it without registering first?
Check out these three links (using the menu bar) for a good overview: "FREE Survey Tour", "How to Run a FREE Survey" tutorial and "Try a Live FREE Survey" (a survey generated with the FREE Survey engine). The second and third of these will provide you a good overview including screenshots.
What support is provided for the FREE Surveys module?
For the time being, Free Survey support is limited to the "How to Run a Free Survey" tutorial and some helpful outside resources (remember, the FREE survey module runs off the open-source LimeSurvey software). How can I become a Secret Shopper or Focus Group Panelist and be chosen to participate?
Two great questions.
- To get access to application request forms for either program, you must first register with SimplyCount. Once registered, log-in and click the appropriate links from the drop down menu bar and complete the application request forms. Upon receiving your request, we'll send you applications which must be completed and returned per direction therein. You'll be notified if your application has been accepted.
- Accepted applicant's information is entered into our database and compared to client needs and locations as the tasks present. Contract Shoppers and Panelists that fit client requirements will be contacted and invited to participate. Unfortunately we can not forecast how busy we can keep you with this program. The highest volume and best assignments (most glamor, most $, etc.) will go to those Shoppers and Panelists who have proven themselves and worked well with us in the past. In other words, good work and length of time in service with us go a long way to getting the most invitations.
What are the costs associated with the Affiliate programs?
At this time, the three affiliate programs available have no direct costs or fees (costs/fees assessed by SimplyCount) associated with them beyond the usual client expense. You may choose to spend money toward enhancing your affiliate success (e.g., hosting services, advertising, etc.), but we do not charge affiliates anything beyond the typical costs of our services. And remember, active reseller affiliates may be eligible for attractive volume discounts on Advanced Survey and Market Research+ services.
